External Links

At FreedomFoodCoach, we love sharing valuable resources with you. Our website and services often include links to external websites, including health and nutrition blogs, WildFit articles and resources, videos from various social media sites like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, and potentially Amazon product links (for items we believe in and want to recommend).

While we strive to connect you with high-quality, reputable sources, it's important to remember:

1. You're leaving our nest: When you click on these external links, you're venturing outside of FreedomFoodCoach's domain. This means you'll be subject to different privacy policies and practices.

2. We can't vouch for everyone: Despite our best efforts to link to reputable sources, we can't control or be responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites.

3. Stay savvy: We encourage you to be as health-conscious with your online privacy as you are with your nutrition. Always review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

4. WildFit connection: For some of our services, like the 90-Day Challenge, you'll interact directly with WildFit's platform. While we have a close relationship with WildFit, their site operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Our link philosophy: We do our best to share resources from reputable health sources, professionally written content, and articles with proper citations. However, remember that in the ever-evolving world of health and nutrition, even highly regarded sources can sometimes contain inaccuracies.

6. Affiliate links: In the future, we may use affiliate links, particularly for Amazon products. We'll only recommend products we believe in, but purchasing through these links may earn us a small commission.

Children's Privacy

Our coaching services, resources, and content are designed for adults. We do not create content specifically for children, as their nutritional needs are unique and often require specialized guidance from health professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Our services are not intended for use by minors, and we do not target our marketing or content towards children.

We understand that the adults we coach may share what they learn with their families, including children. However, any resources or advice we provide are meant for adult implementation and should be adapted by parents or guardians for their children's needs.

In the rare event that a minor expresses interest in our services, our policy is to communicate with their parent or guardian instead. We believe that decisions about nutrition and lifestyle changes for minors should involve parental oversight.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will take prompt steps to delete this information from our records.

If you're a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to address the situation and remove any such information from our systems.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

When we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we'll send you an email to let you know and/or display a prominent notice on our Service.

We'll always give you advance notice before any substantial changes take effect. Typically, in the health and nutrition industry, businesses provide at least 30 days' notice for significant privacy policy updates. We'll follow this standard to ensure you have ample time to review any changes.

You'll find the current effective date at the top of this privacy policy. We keep track of these dates internally to maintain accurate records and to ensure continuity and accountability.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically, especially after receiving a notification email from us. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect will indicate your acceptance of the updated policy.
